How the Process Works

We want to get to know you and your unique needs. Though we have designed a simple, straightforward process (read, no hassle on your part!), sometimes the one size fits all does not apply. Your needs are as unique as your properties and we at Treehouse Voice Overs treat them as such.
The Listing
We start with the listing and expand the script to develop mood, connect with viewers, and add emotional appeal to create an artistic vision of what life could be at the turn of a key……you get the picture.
The Script Drives the Process
Using the script, Kate will produce a perfectly mastered, professional audio recording paired with a musical track, carefully selected to compliment each unique property. It is then delivered in an mp3 file.
The video itself will also be directed by the script as your photographer (or ours) captures the unique features of the property and surrounding areas you want to highlight. Depending upon your location, Treehouse can provide drone photography and interior video footage. Otherwise, Kate will work directly with your photographer to deliver your video in HD mp4 format; perfect for use across social media platforms, your website and, of course, wherever you post your listing.
Pricing
Audio alone: $300 includes up to 2 minute audio track. $100 for each additional minute.
Copy for script: Starting at $150 if writing original listing. Starting at $75 if adapting original listing. Yes, we do copy writing as well!
Photography: If you are using our services there will be a non-refundable site fee, plus an hourly rate for footage of the property as well as drone footage of the area if desired.
